Brunch Chat Challenge! And a FREEBIE Cluster Template

This week at the Sunday Brunch Chat at Gotta Pixel, clusters were the topic. They are all over the place in digi galleries, but some of us aren't sure when too many elements have become too much. For Colie, you can't have too many elements on a page as long as you cluster them right. Don't worry if you missed the chat, you can still do the challenge outlined below.
