First I need to vent!!! I had my post all ready to go this morning to announce my new template set and give away a new freebie. However I couldn't keep my computer on long enough to take care of anything. It's a problem I've been having for a while now and it's very frustrating. I finally had to have my DH look at it for me. Kind of hard to design when you can't keep the computer from freezing. He narrowed the possible problems down to the security system we had. So he called the company to see if they could help him out....Well they out source and it was hard to get past the language issues. He went through 3 different people and the computer froze while each of them were trying to fix the issue. UGH!! Now at this point DH is just a tad irate. But finally got someone who spoke English with out a heavy accent and get this, the tech explains that this is a common problem. You mean no one else knew this?? DH wasted 3 hours when it was a common problem?? So needless to say we got an updated security program, and now everything is running smoothly. OK enough on that LOL
