Oh - my favorite grilled food? Veggies! Mushrooms, onions, peppers, zuchinni, asparagus...tossed with some homemade italian dressing. Yum!

I love just about anything that is grilled. But my favorite is hotdogs and of course they have to be blackened (is that a word) to be good!! LOL

Thanks for sharing your great QP. My favorite BBQ'd food would have to be grilled veggies--but especially marinated sweet red peppers with whole garlic cloves...yummy!!!

My fave BBQ is shish kabob, too. I use steak, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and marinate it all in a packet of Adolfs meat tenderizer. It's too die for! :)
